Trams and the ring are close by, so the Opera, museums, and the historic centre are easy to reach whenever you want the buzz — then return to a quieter street to unwind.
Unless otherwise stated when you book or confirmed by us in writing, the following booking and cancellation terms apply:
Your apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before arrival; after that, 100% of the total booked price will be charged.
If, by the last free cancellation date (usually 3 days before arrival), no charge can be made to the credit card you provided, or if the agreed amount has not reached our account where bank transfer was agreed, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
The full booking amount will be charged to your credit card by the last free cancellation date (usually 3 days before arrival). On request, payment may also be made by bank transfer; please note that the amount must have reached our account by that date as well.
Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
