Unless stated otherwise at the time of booking or confirmed by us in writing, the following booking and cancellation conditions apply:

Check-in/Check-out:

The apartment is available to you from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure.

Cancellation:

Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. In the case of cancellations being made less than 3 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the total price booked will be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if it is not possible to debit the credit card specified by the last free cancellation date (usually 3 days before arrival) or in case of bank transfer, the agreed amount has not been credited to our our account before the last free cancellation date.

Advance payment:

The entire booking value will be debited from the credit card specified by you until the last free cancellation date (usually 3 days before arrival). If necessary and on request only, the payment can be made by bank transfer, please note that the amount must be credited to our account until the last day of free cancellation.

Miscellaneous:

Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
